Groundbreaking Event Held for Duchess of Oxford Project in Richmond Hill
A groundbreaking ceremony held on Friday marked the start of construction for our Duchess of Oxford site in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
The A1 Team was joined by the project stakeholders and future neighbours at the development site to celebrate the grand occasion. Delivering opening remarks, the event featured a visit from Joe DiPaola, Richmond Hill’s regional councillor and acting mayor.
Duchess of Oxford, the new expansive community comprised of a collection of twenty semi-detached and three single detached homes is anticipated to be a welcome addition to the Elgin Mills neighbourhood. Featuring sophisticated architecture and modern designs, the project is anticipated to be the pinnacle of elegance, unique craftsmanship and beauty located in the heart of the City of Richmond Hill.
